You cannot install anything until you have credentials, and credentials come after payment. The whole sequence looks like this.

Every guide ends at the same screen
Whatever device you own, the setup comes down to typing three things into a player app: a username, a password and a portal URL. We send all three on WhatsApp after you pay. Everything else in these guides is about getting to that screen.
They are case sensitive, which is the single most common cause of a login failing. If it rejects you, the first thing to check is whether the keyboard has capitalised the first letter for you. The second is whether an autocorrect has turned an l into a 1.
MAC address activation, on some devices
A few Smart TV apps and all MAG boxes work differently: instead of a login, you give the app developer your device's MAC address and upload a playlist URL on their website. The guide for your device says which applies. A MAC address is a local network identifier and reveals nothing personal about you.
Wire it in before you blame anything else
If a guide is finished and the picture stutters, the cause is a network problem far more often than anything else. Televisions have the worst Wi-Fi radios in the house. Running an Ethernet cable, or a pair of powerline adapters, fixes more complaints than every other adjustment combined. Try that before changing a single setting in the app.
And if none of it works
Send us a photo of the screen on WhatsApp with the step number. We will tell you which step you are actually on, which is often not the one you think. There is no ticket queue and no hold music, just a person who has seen that screen before.
About setting up
How long does setup take?
Between six and twelve minutes on every device we support. The longest part is typing a password with a television remote, which is why we suggest using your phone as a keyboard where the device allows it.
What do I need before I start?
Your username, password and portal URL, which arrive on WhatsApp after payment, plus the device connected to your network. That is everything. There is no account to create and nothing to download from us.
What if I get stuck halfway?
Send a photo of the screen on WhatsApp with the step number you are on. That is almost always faster than reading further, and we have seen whatever is on your screen before.
Do I have to sideload anything?
On a Fire TV Stick, yes: the app is not in the Amazon store, so it is installed through the Downloader app. It sounds more alarming than it is and the guide walks you through it in four taps. On every other device the app comes from the official store.
Can I set it up on more than one device?
Yes, as many as you like. Only one can stream at a time, because a subscription is a single connection, but moving between the television, a phone and a laptop is normal and nothing needs reconfiguring.
