Everything people ask, including the awkward ones
Grouped by what you are actually trying to find out. If something here is not covered, WhatsApp is the fastest route and there is a person on the other end.
The basics
The ten questions that come up most often, including the two that cost us sales.
How do I subscribe to IPTV?
Pick a term on the plans page, tap the button, and WhatsApp opens with your choice already written in. We reply with a payment link, you pay once, and your login arrives on WhatsApp within minutes. There is no account to create and no form to fill in.
What does an IPTV subscription cost in the US?
Ours runs from $14.99 for one month down to $5.00 a month on the two year plan. Most US resellers sit between $10 and $20 a month. For comparison, YouTube TV is $82.99 a month and Sling is $19.99.
How many devices can I watch on at once?
One. A subscription is a single connection, so one screen plays at a time. You can install the app on as many devices as you like and move between them, but only one can be streaming. If a second household member needs their own screen, that is a second subscription.
Do I need a VPN?
Most customers do not use one and have no trouble. Some internet providers throttle heavy video, and a VPN sometimes helps if you see buffering that your speed test cannot explain. It is a troubleshooting tool, not a requirement.
What internet speed do I need?
Full HD needs about 15 Mbps and 4K needs about 25 Mbps, per stream. Stability matters more than raw speed: a steady 30 Mbps connection beats a 300 Mbps one that drops every few minutes. Ethernet beats Wi-Fi every time, especially on a television.
Is there a free trial?
No. Free trials attract people who collect them and never pay, and the cost of that lands on everyone else. The one month plan at $14.99 is our test drive: short, cheap, and the same service as the two year plan.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the term you picked and nothing happens when it ends until you message us. We hold no card and nothing is charged by surprise.
Which devices does it work on?
Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes, NVIDIA Shield, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Windows, Mac, and MAG portal boxes. The only common device that cannot run it is a Roku, because Roku does not allow these player apps in its store.
What happens if a channel goes down?
Message us and we will tell you whether it is the source or your setup, and point you to a backup feed. On a big night there are usually several feeds for the same event, which is exactly why they are there.
Is the line-up safe for a family television?
Yes. There are no restricted categories carried at all, so there is nothing to block and nothing to set up. You can leave the television on with kids in the room.
Subscribing
The full walkthrough is on the how to subscribe page. These are the questions it does not cover.

How quickly do I get my login after paying?
Usually within a few minutes, and within the hour at worst. The credentials arrive on the same WhatsApp thread you ordered on, with a setup guide for the device you told us about.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes. Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App all work too. We do not use PayPal.
Speeds, data, recording and the rest
The practical side. Most of these answers end up being about your network rather than about us, which is the honest truth of it.
What internet speed do I actually need?
About 15 Mbps for a Full HD stream and about 25 Mbps for 4K, per stream. That is below the American average, so the headline number is rarely the problem. Stability matters far more: a steady 30 Mbps connection beats a 300 Mbps one that drops every few minutes.
How much data does it use?
Roughly 2 GB an hour for Full HD and between 5 and 7 GB an hour for 4K. On an unlimited home connection that is irrelevant. On a capped plan or a mobile hotspot, a weekend of football will make a serious dent.
Why does it buffer on my television but not my phone?
Because the television has the worse Wi-Fi radio. The antenna sits behind a large metal panel, which is the worst possible place for it, while your phone is held in open air. Run an Ethernet cable to the television, or use powerline adapters. It fixes more complaints than every other adjustment combined, and the buffering page works through the rest in order.
Do I need a VPN?
Most of our customers do not use one and have no trouble. Some internet providers throttle heavy video traffic, and a VPN occasionally helps with buffering that a speed test cannot explain. Treat it as a troubleshooting tool, not a requirement, and note that a slow VPN will make things worse rather than better.
Can I record a game?
Some players can, TiviMate among them, to a USB drive or a network share. That is a feature of the player rather than of the subscription. We do not offer catch-up or a cloud DVR, so anything you want to keep has to be recorded live.
Is there a program guide?
You see what is on now. There is no guide archive and no schedule weeks ahead, which is one of the four things cable genuinely does better. If planning around a published schedule matters to you, weigh that properly before subscribing.
What happens when my term ends?
Nothing, until you message us. There is no card on file and no automatic renewal, so the service simply stops at the end of the term you paid for. Message us a day or two before if you want it to carry on without a gap.
Can I change device later?
Yes, as often as you like, and there is nothing to tell us. Install the app on a new device, type the same three fields, and it works. The only thing that cannot change is how many streams play at once, which is one.
When something goes wrong
Everything goes through WhatsApp at +44 7454 755798. There is no email address, no ticket system and no phone queue, which is exactly why the replies are quick.
How do I reach you?
WhatsApp, at +44 7454 755798. It is the only channel we run. There is no email address, no ticket system and no phone queue, which is why the replies are quick.
What are your hours?
We answer through the day and well into the evening, US time. Messages sent overnight are waiting for you in the morning. On a big fight night or a Sunday in football season, we are around.
What should I send when something is wrong?
A photo of the screen, the name of the channel, the device you are on, and whether you are on Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Those four things solve most problems in one reply instead of five.
What happens if a channel goes down?

The four things we do not do
Scattered through the answers above, and worth collecting in one place so you do not have to hunt for them.
- No free trial. Free trials attract people who collect them and never pay, and the cost of that lands on everyone who does. The one month plan at $14.99 is the test drive.
- No money-back guarantee. We cannot un-deliver a stream, so we would rather you risk $14.99 on a month than $119.99 on two years.
- No multi-screen. One subscription is one connection. Two screens means two subscriptions, and we will set the second up on the same thread.
- No catch-up or guide archive. You see what is on now. Miss a live broadcast and it is gone unless it appears in the on-demand library.
Everything on this list costs us sales. It is here because an argument in week two costs more.
